Phuket Hotel and Resort Feature : Trisara, Naithorn Bay

Trisara, in Sanskrit meaning the "Third Garden in Heaven" is  South East Asia's most intimate and exclusive resort & spa. Since opening in late 2004, the resort has quickly become a landmark and is the only resort offering private pools & magnificent ocean views from all accommodation.

Only 15 minutes from Phuket International Airport, the resort is a sanctuary of privacy, space and simple good taste with service provided by a team of warm, caring people who regard hospitality as a joy.

Trisara also offers a selection of larger private residential villas as an integral part of the resort. These luxurious villas feature between 2 to 5 bedrooms above the oceanfront or have amazing sea views. Dedicated staff cater to guests cooking and housekeeping service needs and villa guests have full use of the resort's facilities.

Trisara's accommodation consists of 39 individual pool villas, suites and rooms set just above our private bay. Our pool villas have set the benchmark for accommodation in resorts worldwide, with each villa and room embracing ocean views, over-sized king beds and beautiful bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor showers.

In addition to the hotel villas, a selection of magnificent private residential villas are available for rent along the headlands adjacent to the central hotel area. These oceanfront or oceanview residences consist of either 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms in various configurations. All the Residential Villas have larger pools, kitchens and live in staff who cater to the cooking and housekeeping.

Ocean View Pool Rooms The pool rooms are smaller than the pool villas and are located on the highest level of the resort. They all have dramatic sea views and share a common wall with the adjacent pool room. The pool rooms consist of a total area of 117 square meters, including the 50 square meter (538 square feet) air-conditioned bedroom, outdoor deck and the 4 meter infinity plunge pool. A number of the pool rooms connect internally to the room next door, making these perfect for small families.

Ocean View Spa Pool Suite Our ocean view spa pool suites are set on the highest level of the resort and have magnificent ocean views. Each 235 square meter suite consists of a bedroom, a large living and dining room, outdoor teak decks and a 9 meter private pool. The bedroom and living room have their own spacious bathrooms and outdoor courtyard showers, one with a dedicated spa bed. The living room easily converts to become a second bedroom and with two bathrooms, these suites offer a perfect solution for small families, sleeping up to 5 persons.

Ocean View Pool Villas These one bedroom villas are the same size and design as the ocean front pool villas and are located one level higher, with stunning views of the Andaman Sea. Offering a great level of privacy, the ocean view pool villas are an easy stroll to the hotel main facilities.  Each villa occupies a total area of 240 square meters, inclusive of the 96 square meter (1,033 square feet) air-conditioned bedroom, the 10 meter private infinity pool facing the sea, teak dining and sunning decks, outdoor shower and private gardens.

Ocean Front Pool Villas The oceanfront pool villas are located directly above the beach and are our premium accommodation. Offering absolutely privacy, the oceanfront villas are just a few steps to the hotel main facilities and are the closest villas to the sea.  Each villa occupies a total area of 240 square meters, inclusive of the 96 square meter (1,033 square feet) air-conditioned bedroom, the 10 meter private infinity pool facing the sea, teak dining and sunning decks, outdoor shower and private gardens.

Two Bedroom Ocean Front Pool View These larger 2 bedroom pool villas are located directly above the bay and beach and are a very close walk to the main facilities, making them perfect for small families or a small group of friends. Each villa comprises a total space of 300 square meters including two separate bedrooms / bathrooms either side of a common central living and dining room, all under one roof. The central living and dining area leads out to the 10 meter private infinity pool with teak dining and sunning decks. These two bedroom villas have such open sea views and privacy they feel like more private yachts than hotel villas.

The centerpiece of our Dining experience is our expansive oceanfront teak decks set above our private beach, shaded by many tall coconut palms. The outdoor dining area offers daily breakfast, both Thai and western lunch menu's for both lunch and dinner. Our Thai menu melds spicy local Curries with a range of local seafood, noodles and vegetables. Our Western menu focuses on salads, seafood, pasta and wonderful tasty snacks. Trisaras beachfront bar and air-conditioned restaurant extend out to an expansive teak deck from where all-day Thai / Western dining and evening cocktails are served above the sea.

On the southern end of the main beachfront deck sits our signature "Trisara Grill". This exceptional restaurant is a new addition to Trisara, and offers a wide range of perfectly grilled seafood, meat and vegetables in a tropical hip environment. Both indoor and outdoor dining is available at the grill, which is open for dinner only.

The Bar overlooks the ocean and main pool, and spills outside to the open air decks over the beach, with day beds and comfortable lounges to relax in. Our cocktails are renowned as the best on the Island and our bar is the best place to watch the daily sunsets.

Our passionate, talented kitchen team create, simple, great food which is presented beautifully and dining is a highlight of the Trisara experience.  Our philosophy is to take wonderful local produce such as exceptional seafood, fruit and vegetables and prepare them so that they retain all their flavor and integrity.  Our in-house bakery produces some of the best bread and pastries, croissant, beautiful chocolates and wonderful desserts you will find anywhere.

Trisara's conference and banqueting facilities cater to a variety of events. The resort features a well-appointed boardroom facility for up to 60 persons with state-of-the-art audio-visual and telecommunications equipment, plasma monitors for audio-visual playback, smart boards, electronic flip charts, portable computers, mobile phones and fax machines available. All areas are serviced with wi-fi broadband high-speed internet connections.
